Frequently Asked Questions

All your questions and concerns answered, I hope.

My English is great, but I don't understand the word 'cancel', sorry.

We get it, plans change! In most cases, you can cancel your booking for a full refund up to 15 days before your activity. However, please check the “Terms and Conditions” section of your voucher for the detailed cancellation policy for your specific activity. Or you know, don't cancel.

Simply login to your account with your username and password. Go to My Bookings and click CANCEL next to the booking time you wish to cancel and refund. Then give me a bit of time to dry my tears and I'll refund your PayPal payment.

  • 15 or more days prior to booking: Full refund
  • 8-14 days prior to booking: 50% refund
  • 0-7 days prior: No refund offered

* Transaction fees will be subtracted from any refund

No problem! This is your time and money, you choose how you want to spend it. We will determine everything in our consultation leading up to our time together so that we can be crystal clear on our itinerary.

The only other fees I have are if your group is over 6 people. Then it is an extra 50,000KRW per person for the tour. Any locations we go to that requires a fee (if I'm joining you), will be determined based on the situation and we can discuss that at the time of planning.

No. PayPal is the preferred method because it's secure, automatic, and protects both you and I. Cancellations and refunds can be made easily and backing out is lessened. If you have a special situation, please contact me before booking and we'll see what we can do.

Maybe. PayPal does not support Korean Won payments. However, some Korean check cards have a VISA symbol one them and are activated for international purchases online. If that's the case for your card, then yes, you should have no problem booking.

You will be billed in USD and it will convert automatically to KRW when it is charged to your card.

If you are traveling in Korea at the time of our tour, you should have travel insurance to cover anything that happens during your trip. If you do not, there's not much I can do. My purpose is to help you book, locate, and show you places.

As mentioned on the site, I am not an official tour operator, simply a personal concierge. Therefore, insurance, damages, and the like are your responsibility while traveling.

100% YES. Credit card transactions are dealt with via PayPal, the most trusted and widely used payment processor online. I never see your credit card details, or your login details at all. It is all handled and secured by them, so no worries!
